Total 11 waves, one wave 1+S0+ phy(1020). This fit is to describe background under phy(1020). Note: K*(892) covers only 1/3 of background, K-pi S-wave is required. Here FLAT covers 1/3 of data. M(ij), angles phi,gamma are described, cos3 is not. Plab(K+), Plab(K-) are not described. Problem: acceptance at Plab(pi0) = 2-3 GeV/c is 2-3% while geom. acc. should be 20-30%.
